They troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related problems, recommending solutions and escalating complex issues as needed. Additionally, they offer functional support for financial and administrative applications, ensuring compliance with policies. The role involves responding to emergency and routine calls, evaluating user applications, and operating systems, and maintaining equipment inventories.
