Position Description:

The Talent Management Analyst, will support the Talent Strategy & Development team in developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee performance, engagement, and career development. This role involves data analysis, reporting, and logistics related to talent management programs. The Talent Strategy & Development partners with business leaders to optimize PAR's people , drive inclusion, and empower personal and professional growth.

Position Location: US Remote

Reports To: Sr. Manager, Talent Management & DEI

What We're Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a talent management, HR, DEI, career development, people and culture, or talent development role
  • Experience with data analysis, data visualization, dashboards, and presenting analytics
  • Experience collaborating with a variety of team members and stakeholders to develop strategy based on analysis
  • Project Management/ Project Coordination skills tracking timelines and collecting feedback
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect and analyze data on employee performance, engagement, and development.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on key talent metrics and trends.
    • Assist in the development of dashboards and other tools to track talent management initiatives.
  • Support Talent Development Programs:
    • Help coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
    • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of development programs and suggest improvements.
  • Performance Management:
    • Help manage performance appraisal processes, including tracking deadlines, collecting feedback, and maintaining performance records.
    • Assist in developing performance improvement plans and tracking progress.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention:
    • Support Diversity & Inclusion programming.
    • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, including organizing events and gathering feedback.
    • Assist in analyzing employee survey results and recommending action plans.
  • Logistics:
    • Maintain and update talent management databases and records.
    • Assist with preparing documentation and communications related to talent management activities.

Interview Process:

  • Interview #1: Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Team
  • Interview #2: Video interview with the Hiring Manager (via MS Teams)
  • Interview #3: Video interview with the Team (via MS Teams)

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.
