Ankura Senior Director, Enterprise Applications, Data & Technology (Remote) in New Hampshire

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Applications to lead our team in supporting Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data warehousing, custom integrations, and reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement across our enterprise applications landscape.

This role is Remote, located in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management:

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise Applications team, providing direction, coaching, and mentoring.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the enterprise applications portfolio, aligning with business objectives and technology strategy.

  • Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of enterprise applications.

  • Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp Support:

  • Oversee the administration, configuration, and support of Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems.

  • Manage vendor relationships and service agreements to ensure high-quality support and performance.

  • Data Warehouse and Reporting:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the organization's data warehouse.

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for reporting and analytics.

  • Develop and implement reporting solutions that meet the needs of business stakeholders.

  • Custom Integrations:

  • Design and implement custom integrations between enterprise applications and other systems.

  • Ensure integrations are robust, scalable, and maintainable.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.

  • Project Management:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver enterprise application projects on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in enterprise applications, data warehousing, and integrations.

  • Implement innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise applications management, with a focus on Salesforce, Workday, and Intapp.

  • Strong background in data warehousing, including design, development, and maintenance.

  • Proven experience with custom integrations and reporting solutions.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications in Salesforce, Workday, and/or Intapp.

  • Experience with cloud-based data warehouse solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).

  • Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).

  • Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
