Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in the manufacturing industry, located in New Castle, Pennsylvania, United States. The role will primarily focus on supporting a Windows 11 upgrade project.

Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support for desktops running Windows 11

• Utilize skills in Active Directory and Configuration Management to assist in the upgrade project

• Ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft Windows 10 systems in anticipation of the upgrade

• Handle any technical issues related to the upgrade, providing comprehensive desktop support

• Maintain and repair computer hardware as needed

• Act as a point of contact for all Windows 11 related queries and concerns. Requirements • Proficient knowledge of Computer Hardware is required for maintaining and troubleshooting various types of hardware devices.

• Familiarity with Active Directory is necessary for managing user accounts, groups, and security settings.

• Demonstrated expertise in Configuration Management is essential for ensuring the system's stability, security, and functionality.

• Proficiency in Windows 11 is crucial for troubleshooting issues and providing user support.

• Experience with Microsoft Windows 10 is necessary for managing and resolving system-related issues.
