Citigroup Global Loan Training Partner in New Castle, Delaware

The Loans Operations team within the Services, Markets, Banking, International and Client (SMB&IC) organization is looking to expand and formalize its existing Loan IQ training framework including establishing virtual sessions, developing recorded training sessions, and deploying a train-the trainer structure. The role will ensure that there is a consistent global training program built, deployed and modified over time as processes, procedures, and tools change. A controlled framework will be built to ensure any changes to the training program go through a proper review and approval process that is scalable and auditable.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners and stakeholders to identify learning objectives based on target audience and create appropriate courseware.

  • Design training curricula and materials, selecting the most effective training methodology to meet the desired objectives.

  • Drive learning and development best practice improvement projects that assist the business in meeting operations and service targets.

  • Streamline, consolidate and standardize learning and development processes where possible.

  • Create instructor-led materials, web-based trainings and tools to provide complete training offering required for managers, checkers and other specialized roles.

  • Introduce learning interventions that assist in retaining key talent and building a pipeline of talent.

  • Identify and close gaps in procedures and existing training with continuous improvement over time.

  • Ensure that staff is equipped with the requisite skills and knowledge to perform to operational management standards.

  • Ensure all learning events are tracked via GLMS (corporate training system) and generate meaningful and user-friendly MIS

Qualifications :

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

  • 3-5 years’ training design and development, delivery, and classroom management experience Advantage

  • 3-5 years’ Loan Operations experience

  • Experience of Loans IQ system advantage

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong listening skills and ability to absorb feedback and translate to solutions

  • Disposition to solving problems and doing so with high level of resiliency

  • Excellent one-on-one and group presentation/facilitation skills

  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

Important: The profile needs to have the following experience:

  • Conduct quality assurance reviews on approved loan transactions / processes / documentation

  • Ensure loan transactions are accurately processed and authorized within stipulated Service Level Agreement

  • Ensure loan documentation’s adherence to policies, guidelines and procedures as well as compliance regulations

  • Report deficiencies on a timely basis to Loan operations stakeholders/management

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$78,080.00 - $117,120.00
