Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Program Coordinator II for the College Support Program at at the Graduate School of Applied Professional Psychology.Among the key duties of the position are the following:
  • Serves as senior leadership for the CSP under the leadership of the Senior Program Coordinator.
  • Helps to oversee day-to-day program operations and planning the annual program calendar.
  • Provides supervision services to staff and graduate student interns.
  • Oversees the CSP Peer Mentor Program.
  • Provides direct support to CSP students.
  • Provides general oversight for all other tasks necessary to the functioning of the program.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology or a related field.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects/tasks simultaneously and autonomously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education, Special Education or a related field from an approved university/college.
  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis/Behavior Management and/or ABA Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working to support individuals with autism or other students with specialized support needs.
