Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Patient Access Representative for our Medical School client in New Brunswick, NJ. This person will mainly work within the Psychiatry floor as well as float to the Neurology floor within the same site. This person will work to greet and register patients for the medical offices. These duties will include patient registration forms, insurance verifications, uploading information into the billing and registration softeware like EPIC. This role is looking for a warm and welcoming personality for the patients to be greeted by.

Skills and Requirements

- 2-3 years+ as a Patient Access Representative

- Any outpatient or Physicians office experience

- Experience with patient registrations forms, insurance verifications, etc

- EPIC experience with patient registration information, insurance verification forms, managing their worker scorecards

- High school diploma/GED or higher education

- Good personality and communication - Bilingual in English and Spanish null
