Posting Summary | Seeking motivated individual wishing work as a part-time lecturer for an Introductory Computer Science course, Computer Applications for Business. The lecture portion of the course meets for two 55 minute periods per week. The duties include teaching approximately 200 students in lecture, overseeing approximately five teaching assistants, communicating with TAs and students, sharing responsibilities of creating assignments and exams, and proctoring exams, two of which are administered at 9:30pm. In addition to these responsibilities, the instructor is required to schedule two office hours per week. We are seeking an energetic instructor that will motivate and engage the students. |
