The Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis plays a critical leadership role in providing executive management with meaningful, insightful, and forward-looking financial and operational analysis. This position is responsible for driving the financial planning process, providing strategic analysis and support to business initiatives, and ensuring financial objectives are aligned with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

• Lead the development of long-term strategic plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts.

• Provide analysis and insights into key business drivers, trends, and potential risks/opportunities.

• Evaluate and advise on the financial impact of long-range planning and introduction of new programs/strategies.

Financial Reporting and Forecasting:

• Oversee the preparation of regular financial reports, ensuring they are comprehensive, accurate, and compliant with financial regulations.

• Develop sophisticated financial models and analysis tools to support decision-making processes.

• Monitor and analyze full company operating results against budget including alignment and analysis across Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury & All Corporate Functions

Business Partnership & Board of Directors Communication:

• Act as a financial advisor to senior management, offering insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with department heads to control costs and drive performance improvements.

• Provide leadership in the formulation of the company’s financial and operational strategies.

Team Leadership and Development:

• Manage and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

• Foster an environment of continuous learning and development within the team.

Risk Management:

• Assess and manage the company's financial risk, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

The Person:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

• At least 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong expertise in financial statements, corporate finance, and modeling.

• Proven leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial information.
