DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities Are you ready to take your CAREER to the next level?

As a Pest Control Technician, you will complete our award-winning, paid training to learn the skills required to be successful in the daily operation of a pest control service route. As a representative of our service team, you will build relationships with our customers, perform pest control related functions, and schedule and run your own route!

You Will * Serve as a problem solver for your customers by combining the in-depth training provided and attention to detail to decide on the most efficient and best overall pest solution for each customer's needs * Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and practice customer service skills by discussing additional services that meet customer needs for a complete pest management program * Follow a route schedule within assigned territory, allow flexibility with customer and weather-related factors and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customers home * Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment * Complete all required service-related documentation and leverage your hand-held device provided for speed and accuracy

Qualifications As a Pest Control Technician at Connecticut Pest Elimination, you must possess the following skills/requirements: * No Experience Required! * High School Diploma or equivalent * Must be 18 years or older to apply * Valid drivers license

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

You must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodation: * Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity * Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. * Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. * Ability to work in all types of weather conditions * Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)? * Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
