Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns efficiently and professionally. Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications of the manufacturing inside sales representative: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
