Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with information collection, tabulation, analysis, and reporting related to compliance and sustainability projects (e.g., policy management, and energy usage tracking).

• Work with third party service providers to track and obtain certificates of insurance; send out renewal reminders and follow up with business partners to refresh the certificates of insurance.

• Maintain centralized data base to manage certificates of insurance, corporate policies, and sustainability metrics. Provide reports to management on the status of these projects.

• Conduct research on best practices and compliance requirements and sustainability trends.

• Assist with creation of reports and presentations for internal and external customers.

• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving compliance and sustainability efforts.

Job Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance and sustainability concepts

• Experience with creating, maintaining, and generating reports out of data bases and content management tools.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program for Business or related field.

• Must have own means of reliable transportation.
