Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Our client manufactures plastic bottles for home care, professional cleaning, food & beverage products, nutrition & wellness, ice melt, and pet care. With 52 years in business, they were recently awarded as one of the best places to work in 2023. As a Maintenance Technician, you will diagnose and repair machinery related to manufacturing, including plastic blow molding and injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and robots. You will also assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical and electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, and equipment. Maintaining a 'safety first' attitude and adhering to OSHA and company safety practices is crucial.

Hard Skills

• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, PLC’s, hydraulic, and pneumatic principles

• Diagnose and repair machinery

• Ability to install and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers and robots

• Work with blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks

• Repair air leaks on equipment
