Manpower is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in New Bedford, MA. As a Recruiter, you will be part of the Client Programs team supporting our client's hiring processes. The ideal candidate will have adaptability, attention to detail and and a can-do attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Dedicated Recruiter

Location: New Bedford, MA

Pay: $24.00/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

  • Source, screen and submit a high volume of candidates using multiple technology-based platforms.

  • Onboard new employees and oversee compliance and hiring process.

What’s Needed?

  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience (internal or agency)

  • Ability to work on-site in New Bedford, MA 5 days per week.

  • Familiarity with hiring technology in order to operate between 7-10 recruitment-based tools at once.

  • Solid ability to conduct multiple types of interviews.

  • Exceptional follow up and communication skills.
