Our client, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking a Project Scheduler Sr to join their team. As a Project Scheduler Sr, you will be part of the project management team supporting various execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Scheduler Sr

Location: New Albany, OH (Hybrid)

What's the Job?

• Define activities, duration, work sequences, and relationship logic to develop project plans and milestones.

• Develop fully integrated system schedules for complex and intermediate scope of work execution teams.

• Organize and lead schedule review meetings with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of action items.

• Engage with teams to create schedules and provide updates, alerting them to potential risks and issues.

• Mentor and train junior level schedulers to enhance team capabilities.

What's Needed?

• Qualified Bachelor's degree with four (4) years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree with six (6) years of relevant experience.

• Scheduling experience in Transmission, Substation, Construction, or Engineering preferred.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to develop complex spreadsheets.

• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and efficiently with attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
