In September of 2017, Bob Evans Farms was acquired by Post Holdings, Inc. and is part of the Refrigerated Retail division. Other divisions of Post include Post Consumer Brands (Cereal), Weetabix (Cereal – UK), Michael Foods (Foodservice), and 8th Avenue Food & Provisions (Private Label). Post has aggressive growth plans for BEF, highlighted by the recent deployment of capital to support innovation, marketing and manufacturing. Responsibilities Position Overview: The MBA Marketing Intern plays a key role in the management of assigned brands. Reporting to a Brand Marketing leader, this position is responsible for helping to drive growth through the activation of business analytics, cross-functional team leadership and strategic thought leadership. The MBA Brand Management intern will help drive the brand and business as we strive to acquire new market share and expand our consumer relevancy, ensure strong relationships with our key customers and achieve business revenue and growth goals. Through influence and effective partnering, he/she will align strategic partners while rallying the other marketing and sales team members for flawless execution. The MBA Brand Management Intern will be assigned projects that are Strategic, Creative, and Analytical in nature to help demonstrate critical skills necessary for success in brand management. What you will gain from this internship experience:  Opportunity to lead strategic recommendations for driving top and bottom-line impact of a category leading brand Experience conducting brand analysis deep-dives and gathering the input of a multi-functional team to elevate key findings and recommend actions to improve business results and generate demand Involvement in initiatives that enable you to demonstrate and strengthen your problem-solving skills Opportunities to collaborate across different business functions to include Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and others Partner with team on plans that deliver net sales and profit growth for assigned categories Operate as a steward of the brand ensuring the alignment of strategy with marketing execution and the 4 Ps of marketing (product, price, place, and promotion) Develop knowledge of the business to assist in making decisions based on the unique needs of this consumer and/or the category Partner extensively with cross-functional team members to ensure alignment and success Excellent financial acumen, able to evaluate program performance and use learnings to forecast future results Assists with any other ad-hoc projects on an as needed basis (Event Monitoring etc.) Qualifications Current MBA candidate completing their degree in spring/summer 2026, with a focus/concentration in marketing A passion for brand marketing and business management Ability to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and is a team player Data analysis experience inclusive of data mining to inform strategic recommendations Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities for developing strategic business solutions Forward looking mentality to ensure appropriate timelines are established and adhered to Ability to maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment that often requires management and completion of multiple tasks simultaneously Display of positive and professional business presence with management and external personnel Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word)
