Production Operator

21.75/Hour!

Job Description

We are seeking diligent and mechanically inclined production operators to join our team in New Albany, Ohio. This role involves working in either the Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) group or the Injection Molding (IM) group. Operators will be responsible for running the blow mold line, loading and unloading parts, and performing visual inspections. Positions are available for both day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the blow mold line

• Load and unload parts onto the equipment

• Perform visual inspections of parts

• Occasionally perform color changes on ISBM line

• Pack boxes and place them on pallets for the IM line

Essential Skills

• Mechanical aptitude

• Experience in production or assembly

• Ability to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with machine operation

• Auto mechanic experience

• Experience in blow molding

Work Environment

This role operates in a GMP environment, ensuring a clean workspace. Employees will work alongside 80-100 individuals in a climate-controlled area that can be on the warmer side. Proper PPE is required, including steel-toed boots, a safety cap, ear plugs, gloves, and safety glasses. Shifts operate on a 2-2-3 schedule, and new hires must train on the day shift for 3-6 weeks.

The pay range for this position is $21.75 - $22.75
