We are looking for a Financial Analyst, Operations and ERP Integration, to join the PPG Advanced Surface Technologies (PPG AST) team on-site at our New Albany, OH facility. You will be strategically important as we grow PPG's paint film business, commercialize new color paint film technology, and insource a significant amount of paint film production. You will help provide accurate financial operations as we scale up our manufacturing processes and transition to a new ERP system. You will report to the Accounting Manager. Key Responsibilities Operations Accounting: Lead product costing and revaluation activities, ensuring accurate cost data for Films manufacturing operations. Perform detailed variance analysis, providing insights into production efficiencies and areas for cost optimization. Coordinate physical inventory processes, ensuring accurate inventory reporting. Transactional Accounting: Manage customer invoicing and accounts payable. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions to support daily operations. ERP System Conversion: Support the transition from the Epicor ERP system to Oracle, expected to take 12-18 months. Ensure accurate data migration and system setup, minimizing disruption to financial operations. Provide training and support to finance and operations team to provide a smooth transition. Strategic Decision-Making Support: Support strategic decision-making by providing financial analysis to Operations and PPG AST leadership. Collaborate with Operations to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities as we scale up our production capabilities. Work with leadership to develop and monitor actions plans aligned with our goals. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Gain exposure to FP&A activities, including planning, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline, with 3+ years of operations accounting or comparable experience. Strong knowledge of product costing and variance analysis. Experience with ERP systems, particularly proficiency in Oracle.
