Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst to join our team located in NEW ALBANY, Ohio. Working within the Non-Profit industry, you will be actively involved in crucial database management and data analysis tasks, contributing to our goal of optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately analyze and interpret data trends or patterns in complex datasets to support decision-making processes

• Maintain responsibility for database entry and analysis on eTapestry/Blackbaud systems

• Efficiently utilize Google Calendar and eTapestry for various administrative tasks

• Collaborate with various teams to prioritize business and information needs

• Regularly provide comprehensive reports by interpreting data and using statistical techniques

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of database information

• Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

• Utilize your skills in Database Management and Database Administration to ensure efficient operations. Requirements • Proficient in Database Management and Database Administration

• Experience in using Blackbaud and eTapestry software applications

• Familiarity with Google Calendar for scheduling and coordinating tasks

• Strong Administrative Office skills, including organization, multitasking, and communication

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in non-profit sector

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and produce comprehensive reports

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present data findings effectively

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and standards in the non-profit sector

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for accurate data analysis and reporting
