Job Title: Small Parts Repair Technician

Job Description

We are hiring for repair tech/login operators, with a main focus on repair techs. This role involves providing innovative solutions and services in the field of electronic repairs, returns management, reverse logistics, and digital customer care. Our global operations complete over 500k repairs per month for over 100k different clients, including major brands like Apple, Samsung, and Sony. The New Albany location is new, growing, and very clean.

Hard Skills

• Hand soldering various SMT components

• Ability to follow documents and procedures

• Good computer skills

• Knowledge in computer, laptop, and tablet repairs

Soft Skills

• Pro-active approach with the ability to prioritize and work unsupervised

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Good attention to detail

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in New Albany, Indiana.

Work Environment

Very clean and organized, climate-controlled, stand-up/sit-down job duties, no cell phones on the production floor, growing inventory with new additions weekly.
