• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes and compactors/rollers
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment, including securing necessary attachments
• Control equipment using levers, foot pedals, operating switches and joysticks
• Collaborate with construction team to align project objectives and execute tasks
• Adhere to safety rules, guidelines and standards and maintain a safe work environment

• Experience operating various pieces of heavy equipment
• Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to organize and prioritize work

[Education and Experience:]{calibri",sans-serif"=""}

• High School Diploma preferred.
• CDL license not required but preferred

• Prolonged periods sitting
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
