• Prepare construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards
• Transport materials and equipment around the construction site as needed
• Assist skilled operators
• Follow instruction from supervisors
• Dig trenches, backfill holes or compact earth to prepare for construction
• Construct scaffolding and other structures
• Measure, cut or shape materials such as wood and rebar
• Inspect and report any equipment or structural issues to site management
• Adhere to safety rules, guidelines and standards and maintain a safe work environment

• General knowledge of power tools and machinery
• Must be able to work in physically demanding environment including lifting heavy load and working at heights
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
