The club manager will oversee all aspects of the country club's operations, including managing staff, maintaining facilities, planning events, ensuring member satisfaction, and overseeing the club's financial health, with a primary focus on providing a high-quality experience for members across dining, recreational activities, and social events while adhering to the club's policies and budget guidelines. The manager will also be expected to report monthly to the Board of Directors on club performance, financial status, strategic initiatives and work with the board to develop and revise current policies. This position DOES NOT include golf course responsibilities.
