Overview Due to an internal promotion we are seeking an HR Business Partner to join us asap in Amsterdam asap!  You will report into Funs our HR Manager and be responsible for supporting and advising managers over two sites, Amsterdam and Hengelo.  A hands-on role that will require you to have a passion for HR and employee relations and a flexible approach to your working day. Our company operates in a knowledge-intensive environment and our customers are the biggest players in the FMCG market.  Our HR department is a busy division, caring for our Dutch teams and we welcome candidates who have 3-4 years’ experience, or more in HR, including recruiting and working with technical / engineering personnel.   Responsibilities The day in the life if our HR Business Partner… A hands-on role you will take care of daily HR administration and the entire employee lifecycle process, including all documentation relating to this Assist your assigned Managers to align with both our people strategy and our business strategy Recruitment is around 10% of your working week, with the support of our Talent Acquisition Manager who assists our HR colleagues across EMEA Working together with our HR Manager Funs– you will be partners and advisors for our managers over both sites You will also work on projects and improvements. These projects have a broad scope and are constantly changing. Your workday will include general HR queries and Employee Relation issues such as sick leave guidance, and development and training issues, performance management and conflicts and using your practical human resources generalist skill set, you will be bringing these issues to a fair and satisfactory conclusion Finally, as you will know, HR is a challenging yet rewarding division to work within an organization, so an open positive mindset works well here at JBT What we would like to see on your resume … Graduate of HBO or WO, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources Management HR generalist experience where you can work at a strategic, tactical and operational level That you can prioritise and pivot when needed to support the business. That you can demonstrate working on projects sharing both the process and the results with us during our interview process Another bonus would be if you have previous experienced working in either a global or matrixed organisation, as this will enable you to quickly come to understand our complex set-up Dutch and English a requirement Qualifications JBT is an international market leading company in the global food processing industry.
