General responsibilities include, but not limited to, providing exception customer service by responding to customers promptly, explaining service procedures and offering maintenance recommendations. Adhere to all local codes, regulations and safety guidelines. Complete service documentation timely. Proven experience and knowledge as an HVAC technician, with a strong focus on boilers and hydronic systems. Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses. Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
