Who We Are:

HII - Mission Technologies has an immediate position for a Computer Systems Administrator in support of the USAF Weapons School at Nellis AFB, Nevada.

What You Will Do:

  • Performs assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identifies systems and networks that deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy.

  • Evaluates incident response procedures and capabilities.

  • Scan for network vulnerabilities and perform necessary updates.

What We're Looking For:

  • 0 years experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years relevant experience.

  • Experience using Microsoft-suite of applications tools, to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint, while also preferred to have: Visio and Project,

  • Clearance Level: Secret

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience implementing Microsoft (MS) Active Directory and MS Exchange within the Air Force Enterprise environment and applying Information Assurance (IA) principles.

  • Experience with DISA Defense Enterprise Email, managing managers as well as enabling users.

  • Experience with Squadron/Unit, Operations Group or higher staff organizations.

  • IA Technical Level II (i.e., GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP) certification IAW DoDD 8570 and DoDD 8570.01-M.

    Other Duties and Responsibilities may include:

  • Support the creation and deletion of user and computer accounts on SIPRNet and NIPRNet.

  • Load software, work printer issues (replace toner, fuser unit’s toner and IP), rebuild machines, unlock accounts, and install PKI software and hardware.

  • Set Org Box permissions, set up new VPN clients as necessary.

  • Enforce compliance on NOTAMs, update IA training, install new CAC certificates/work issues, configure new contractor accounts, and establish security groups on SharePoint

  • Reset SIPRNET passwords, coordinate TACLANE rekeying as required.

  • Coordinate and support EMSEC inspections

  • Submit appropriate documentation for various configuration changes, build computer images, and support CMI issues and resolutions.
