HOW YOU WILL DO IT Purpose Statement: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for partnering with Plexus leadership and HR Business Partners to anticipate and meet the evolving human capital needs of Plexus, and introduce top talent into the Company. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the entire recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, assessing and selecting outstanding candidates, building a network of passive candidates, forming relationships with community and business organizations, and onboarding of new hires. The Talent Acquisition Specialist may also assist with other general HR functions. Key Job Accountabilities: Effective Partnership: Partner with HR Partners as well as Hiring Leaders to determine hiring and business needs, qualifications and selection criteria. A good business partner listens, learns, and brings forward creative recommendations to help solve talent needs. Sourcing and Branding: Aggressively network, advertise, and message within various local or global platforms such as LinkedIn to engage passive candidates. Hiring Excellence: Individually own full cycle recruitment consists of sourcing, phone screening, assessing, selecting, and supporting top talent through their first day.
