Position Overview: The Sr. Director of Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory (FSQR) will be responsible for being the face and voice of the department, both internally and externally. Accountable for leading the FSQR talent and structure programs to ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and the protection of the equity of our brands we produce and supply. This role oversees the food safety operations, internal and external quality management systems, and ensures compliance to all regulatory requirements. Expectations of the role will be to establish internal and external relationships and organizationally drive a culture of continuous improvement and food safety responsibility. Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership, structure and resource allocation across all aspects of FSQR, people, process, policy and procedures. Actively lead the implementation of change management and maintenance of food safety and quality systems in alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Engineering, and R&D, to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
