JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are hiring a Information Systems Analyst!!! At TIDI the Information Systems Analyst plays a key role in the success and efficiency of our organization, focusing on using computer technology and information management methods to solve business problems and maximize the efficiency and productivity of our systems. You will use your skills to evaluate and analyze organizational challenges and identify appropriate computing solutions. This role also serves as project leader who collaborates with business users, documents requirements, and actively participates in the design, development, customization, configuration, testing, implementation, and validation of our systems. The Information Systems Analyst provides ongoing support to users through ongoing maintenance, education, knowledge sharing and troubleshooting activities. This position must demonstrate the company\'s core values, be an agent of change, and be committed to the use of technology to create value for the customer. This position can work remotely within US, but must be willing to come to any of our facilities as needed. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Configures, maintains, and supports custom and purchased software applications Promotes the uniformity of the programming effort by adhering to standards and guidelines Ensures the success and accuracy of systems by thoroughly testing and validating all programming changes and newly developed programs or applications Maintains project plans, documents projects tasks, provides status updates, and manages time effectively Analyzes current processes and procedures, and advises on appropriate solutions and alternatives Ensures that security standards are followed on custom applications Contributes to a work environment that encourages respect for every individual. Remains competent and current with the latest developments in technology and software through self-directed reading and relationship building and attends professional development courses and events Contributes to the overall success of Information Technology by performing all other duties as assigned by IT Leadership This position provides technical support for information systems, resolving issues promptly and is available foron-call hours during scheduled evenings, nights, and weekends to support the enterprise.
