Description:

We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for our Neenah, WI location. This team is responsible for managing workstations, technology, and infrastructure for both users and manufacturing plants.

Skills and experience required:

• Proficiency in Linux workstations

• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 workstations

• Familiarity with Apple products such as Macs, iPads, and JAMF

• Knowledge of manufacturing infrastructure and thermal printers

• Understanding of ITIL and thin clients

• Experience in migrating from non-Linux operating systems

• Experience in deploying IoT and Automation solutions
