As a Bid Coordinator, your key responsibility is coordinating incoming requests for bid, assisting estimators in reviewing bid/contract documents and identifying bid submittal requirements. Other responsibilities include coordinating requests for quote from subcontractors, as well as preparing and submitting proposal response documents in accordance with needed requirements. Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers is essential.

    What it takes?

  • 5+ years of previous office experience

  • The proven ability to manage tight deadlines

  • Applicants must be able to thrive in fast-paced environments
