Job Title: Chief Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a Chief Engineer to join our team at a beautiful retirement campus in Needham, MA. In this role, you will work closely with 24 maintenance personnel as well as director teams to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Will report directly to the Facility Manager.

Must have:

  • Over 6 years of facilities maintenance experience

  • Experience training maintenance tradesmen

  • Coordinating work orders and managing subcontractors for repairs.

  • Trades license (HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical) is a nice to have., but not required.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Needham, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

Retirement campus in Needham, MA.
