This position will assist operators in all aspects of production including quality of produced parts; checking for any issues with parts including but not limited to surface finish, broken inserts, etc, grinding and buffing parts, and forklift operations. Will also be responsible for confirming serial numbers from production orders and assisting proper connection is machined on each joint as well as be responsible for generating non-compliance reports, corrective actions and/or preventative actions in accordance with the company's requirements. Will be responsible for other duties as defined by Production Manager.

This position will be actively involved in the improving production performance, product quality, and safety as well as understanding the company's principles and goals.
