Naval Supply Systems Command SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in Naval Support Activity, Pennsylvania

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Planning and Systems Branch in the Strategic Partner Management, Planning and Systems Division in the International Programs Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT. Responsibilities You will serve as the Head and have full responsibility and accountability of the Planning and Systems Branch. You will advise and assist all International Programs Department organizational components in achieving and maintaining the effective, efficient, and economical operation of Security Cooperation/Security Assistance (SC/SA) programs. You will serve as the senior analyst responsible for analyzing IT system requirements including those for modernization. You will conduct studies of operational efficiency and productivity, and recommend changes or improvements in organization, work methods, and procedures. You will oversee and ensure subordinates accomplish mission goals and objectives in a timely and effective manner. You will inform subordinates of standards, provide instruction regarding work policies, procedures, and goals, and explain and clarify new procedures, directives, and regulations. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing a multi-disciplinary business portfolio including formulation of resource requirements, management of contract services, IT project management, transportation services, and audit. 2) Conducting studies of programs operational efficiency and productivity, and recommending changes or improvements in organization, work methods, and procedures. 3) Advising, overseeing and ensuring subordinates and first-line supervisors accomplish mission goals and objectives in a timely and effective manner. 4) Reviewing administrative audit and investigative reports to determine appropriate changes or corrective actions.
