U.S. Pacific Fleet, Commander in Chief SUPERVISORY SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in Naval Air Station Whidbey Island, Washington

Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Supply Systems Analyst in Program Management Unit (PMU) the Supply Response Branch of COMMANDER ELEC ATTACK WING PAC FLEET. Responsibilities You will provide supervision and in-depth training to military and civilian personnel assigned within the unit. You will provide professional customer service to all aviation supported customers in expediting. You will ensure that assigned expediters properly identify material requirements for supported aircraft. You will determine availability of material including use of substitute or interchangeable components. You will verify references from Technical Manuals, Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB), and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETM). You will furnish complete description, proper identification, and technical data of material when required for procurement. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Conducting supply management type studies and reviews to determine efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of supply operations to recommend solutions and improvements. Education Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:GS-09: successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree; or successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree; or successful completion of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to the position being filled; or a combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
