Stellar’s primary focus is re-roofing hail-damaged structures throughout the United States. Stellar has successfully completed projects nationwide for many clients who range from multi-family management companies to individual and corporate property owners with large commercial, retail, and industrial facilities.

Summary

Cotton Holdings is actively looking for a National Business Developer for one of its subsidiaries, Stellar Commercial Roofing. This is a lucrative uncapped commission opportunity offering a competitive base and the unique ability to leverage clients across any commercial vertical nationwide . The National Business Developer with Stellar Commercial Roofing will strategically focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with commercial end users. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Represent Stellar Commercial Roofing professionally by increasing brand awareness and becoming an expert in our industry

  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills

  • Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities

  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals

  • Participate in continuous training to hone your craft while building leadership and sales skills

  • Daily responsibilities differ based on the nature of the role from qualifying customers to closing contracts

Background & Requirements

  • Ability to travel 50%

  • Minimum 8 years of sales experience

  • Experience forging relationships with commercial end users or insurance brokers

  • Experience working with CRM software

  • Working in a fast-paced environment

Competencies

  • Generate new leads, research potential clients and their requirements

  • Schedule in-person presentations with key decision-makers

  • Excellent communication skills: written and verbal

  • Effective time management skills and working with a purpose

  • Eager to learn and grow

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven sales experience

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is a plus
