JPMorgan Chase Workplace Solutions - Sales Development Representative Team Lead in Nashville, Tennessee

As a Sales Development Representative Team Lead within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for overseeing team members, providing training, managing client relationships, and promoting sales strategies. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our company's growth.

This role offers the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, overseeing the team members in the US and assisting the SDR Manager where needed in addressing any issues.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide additional training where needed

  • Conduct call coaching when required

  • Create Sequencing & Cadence strategies

  • Build a pipeline of clients and managing relationships of stakeholders

  • Monitor team performance

  • Interact with the team manager regularly on updates for the team

  • Assist the Manager where needed in addressing any issues

  • Engage with the field sales team regularly

  • Assist with company list generation & company research

  • Generate business and set an example for the team

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience working in a sales environment.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

  • Experience in the financial sector

  • Experience in managing a sales development team

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Understanding of share plans.

  • Excel spreadsheet skills

  • LinkedIn Sale Navigator experience

  • Microsoft Dynamics knowledge

  • ZoomInfo knowledge

  • Pitchbook Financial Data knowledge
