Responsibilities - Oversee daily storeoperations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Recruit, train, anddevelop team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Provideexceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issuespromptly. - Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising accordingto market trends. - Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informeddecisions to drive profitability. - Supervise staff activities and maintain amotivated work environment. - Ensure compliance with company policies andprocedures as well as health and safety regulations. - Conduct regularperformance evaluations to support team growth and development. - Maintain cashregister operations, ensuring accuracy in transactions. Skills - Provenleadership abilities with experience in team management. - Strong customerservice skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. -Knowledge of retail math for inventory management and sales analysis. - Experiencein recruiting and training staff within a retail environment. - Familiaritywith grocery store operations is highly desirable. - Excellent phone etiquettefor effective communication with customers and vendors. - Ability to supervisemultiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. - Strong problem-solvingskills with a proactive approach to challenges.
