Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Senior MLOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data science and engineering, ensuring the seamless deployment and scalability of our machine learning models. You'll lead a dynamic team, guiding them through best practices in MLOps, from continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) to model monitoring and governance. Your expertise will be crucial in accelerating our AI-driven initiatives, enhancing our product capabilities, and achieving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines to automate model training, deployment, monitoring, and management.

· Lead and mentor a team of MLOps Engineers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

· Collaborate with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to ensure models are production-ready, scalable, and maintainable.

· Develop strategies for model versioning, testing, and deployment to facilitate a seamless and efficient development lifecycle.

· Monitor model performance and data drift, implementing automated alerts and processes for model retraining and optimization.

· Stay at the forefront of MLOps trends, tools, and technologies, integrating new approaches to enhance our ML operations and infrastructure.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for candidates demonstrating significant experience and a proven track record in the field of AI/ML and platform development.; Master's or higher degree is a plus.

· 4+ years of experience in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.

· 1+ years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or DataOps initiatives, with a solid understanding of machine learning model lifecycle management.

· Expertise in software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).

· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

· Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and collaborate effectively across functions.
