Join Amazon's rapidly growing Global Logistics Shipper Support team as a Senior Account Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers. In this dynamic position, you'll drive innovation in transportation and logistics by evaluating network shipper performance, coaching partners, and implementing strategic improvements. Your work will directly impact Amazon's efficiency and customer satisfaction on a global scale.
Key job responsibilities
Analyze and present daily performance data to identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement solutions to overcome transportation disruptions in real-time
Lead weekly calls and daily business reviews with assigned shippers
Create clear, data-driven recommendations to influence shipper behavior positively
Contribute to team process improvements and mentor fellow team members
A day in the life
Your day starts with reviewing the latest shipper performance metrics and preparing for your daily business review call. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any urgent transportation issues and work on long-term improvement strategies. Throughout the day, you'll engage with shippers, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance. You'll also contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and best practices, and work on process improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
High school or equivalent diploma
1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of management experience
Experience with SQL
