Job Description
The Oracle Federal Managed Cloud Services (FMCS) team is responsible for authorization, audit and assessment coordination, continuous monitoring, security, and risk advisory services of the Oracle FMCS FedRAMP cloud service offering. As a Security Analyst on the Federal Security and Compliance team, you will be supporting the FedRAMP accreditation of the infrastructure-as-a-service offering and the federal agency customers of the cloud offering.
Responsibilities will include working closely with the Operations and Security Architecture teams to ensure existing security posture meets the current Federal requirements and maintains pace with changes as they occur, working with FedRAMP to maintain compliance and generate continuous monitoring deliverables, and working with government customers to address inheritance of security controls and deliver security-relevant information.
This role relies upon familiarity with the NIST/FedRAMP risk management framework and the assessment/audit of those security controls. You should be knowledgeable of IT Security components associated to hosted and cloud services such as: network devices, virtual or physical servers, operating systems, databases, web servers, and virtual hosts. You'll also need working knowledge in understanding threat and vulnerabilities for most of the components listed above. The candidate will be comfortable communicating and presenting status information in verbal, written, and graphic presentations.
Qualifications
8+ years experience
Project Management skills
Strong knowledge of security standards and risk management
Strong knowledge of US Government Risk Management Frameworks and authorization processes, such as FedRAMP, DoD Cloud SRG, ICDs, NIST, JSIG, NISPOM
Strong knowledge and ability to demonstrate interpretation and analysis of security controls
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS or advanced degree
CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP desired
Experience working in governance and compliance for a large corporation
Experience working in Information Technology, Cloud or managed hosting services
Experience working with a large audit firm on IT or security audits
Knowledge of Oracle Applications and Cloud components.

Responsibilities
As part of the Public Sector Compliance team:
Own compliance lifecycle for a Cloud Service based on government requirements for one or more of FedRAMP, and/or DoD Cloud SRG
Learn deep technical details related to Oracle FMCS and relate them to requirements for compliance analysis.
Create and maintain system documentation including System Security Plans and attachments.
Build and development of security and compliance documentation and collateral for customers and internal users.
Perform continuous monitoring activities for assigned systems, coordinating with stakeholders and system owners to ensure vulnerabilities are managed through remediation.
Maintain plan of actions and milestones and other monthly deliverables that are due to government agencies.
Lead briefings for government stakeholders on Continuous Monitoring activities.
Participate in initial and annual security assessments, coordinating with external assessment teams, Cloud operations and engineering, cloud security, and other organizations.
Provide compliance consulting and advice to FMCS Cloud Operations, engineering, development teams and others as needed.
Define, document, maintain, and communicate new security requirements as the Federal compliance landscape evolves
Performs evaluation of internal operations, controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to regulatory compliance and recommends appropriate changes.
Manage multiple work-streams to produce deliverable work products on time.

US: Hiring Range: from $103,300 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
