Responsible for the administration of information security systems across the enterprise. Gives all enterprise-wide users with user identities for all relevant systems and facilitates identity and system access management. Maintains systems and procedures. Protects critical applications, data and systems from unauthorized access while managing the identities and access rights of employees and external users. Responsible for creating accounts to support Active Directory, IBM Systems and others, as necessary. Works closely with relevant lines of business and the Security team. Completes customer requests for security access in a timely manner and provides second level technical support to project teams, end users and other functional groups.
Develops formal procedures to provision and de-provision domain, network and application accounts for associates.
Analyzes user access roles and security settings to independently assess compliance with defined standards. Conducts user access recertification as defined by company policies. Creates and documents all user access to audit procedures.
Collaborates across IT departments to identify, administer, analyze, and solve critical security problems, as well as operationalize lessons learned into existing or new technological controls, solutions, processes, procedures, knowledge articles.
Ensures multi-factor authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) is enabled and enforced in all critical systems.
Tracks resolutions to entitlement inconsistencies to develop best practices.
Monitors all relevant systems for potential breaches. Responds to alerts from information security tools.
Oversees the implementation of process improvements related to KPIs and other relevant metrics.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 2 – 4 years of related experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 4-6 years of related experience.
