You are:

Have you developed a reputation for your ability to strategize, analyze, design and implement important OMS initiatives? Do clients rely on you to create and communicate the detailed technology architecture and implementation strategy for the solution? If leading technical teams through the design and development of complex transactional systems sounds like a challenge you want to tackle, then we want to meet you.

The work:

  • Partner with the Business Transformation Team to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and client business case. Guide the delivery team during implementation to ensure capabilities are built to client satisfaction and in a timely manner.

  • Lead OMS implementations, utilizing Salesforce OMS, providing both oversight and hands-on contributions to the software design, development, and implementation

  • Independently lead the estimation effort for a project

  • Participate in the development of conceptual and logical architectures

  • Design, develop and maintain application architectures that support client’s business requirements

  • Resolve integration and interfacing issues between various back-end systems

  • Optimize application performance and scalability

  • Assist Project Leadership. Conduct project risk identification and mitigation planning.

  • Provide support to the sales effort on new business development pursuits, assisting with RFP responses, architecture assessments and technical qualifications

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in application architecture and software development.

  • 2+ years of experience working specifically with Salesforce OMS

  • Ability to get hands on with development in order to support the dev team & validate code and/or scripts.

Bonus points if:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

  • Knowledge of OMS domain. Understand OMS workflows covering Sales, Return, Exchange, Repair, Transfer, Procurement scenarios

  • Knowledge of how OMS interacts and integrates with larger technical landscape (Commerce, Service, ERP/Fulfillment, Third party - Fraud, Payment, Tax etc.)

  • Be able to articulate Solution architecture for OMS, its role within Enterprise Architecture and the role OMS plays in supporting end-to-end workflows

  • Understand Inventory Management and Availability. Know how inventory is consumed into OMS and how Availability is computed. -- Knowledge of inventory types, statuses, inventory lifecycle

  • Know Salesforce OMS & Salesforce-OCI with understanding of what these SF products/modules can and cannot support, what can be configured and what might be a customization, effort and timeline needed

  • Knowledge of SF-OMS, SF-OCI as well as SF-Platform, understand the SF data model, Ability to configure, customize OMS and OCI, setup integrations, flows, process builders, create UIs, modify existing UIs, understand how data can be migrated and loaded

  • Knowledge of SF Core technology skills - Apex, Lightning Components, database/objects, SOQL, javascripts, html, data loader tools

  • Knowledge of development tools such as Visual Studio Code, writing test and automation scripts for data load/manipulation

  • Certifications in Salesforce, in the areas of OMS/OCI Administration, SF Platform Administration

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
