Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager, Sr. This role is based in Nashville, Tennessee, and operates within the technology industry, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. As the Project Manager, Sr, your primary focus will be managing large scale complex projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery, and maintaining strong communication across various stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating with external vendors, personnel from multiple program areas, and information technology resources to ensure smooth project operations.

• Creating a collaborative consultative work environment, leading matrix teams, and workgroups cross-departmentally and cross-functionally.

• Ensuring established budgets are adhered to based on project requirements, and quality and timeliness of project results are maintained.

• Monitoring project requirements, priorities, and deadlines from inception to completion.

• Facilitating project financials through timely processing of project Payment Milestone invoices, by analytical review of Deliverable Approvals, invoice accuracy checks, and adherence to financial and procurement processes.

• Exploring and implementing a variety of best practices and standardized processes to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.

• Facilitating the development and implementation of detailed reports to keep key stakeholders up to date on progress, issues, and outcomes.

• Demonstrating professional communication skills when interacting on behalf of the project.

• Utilizing advanced knowledge of project management applications (i.e., Planview, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite) to optimize project processes.

• Leading cross-functional teams in driving large-scale transformation initiatives. Requirements • Applicant must possess exceptional Customer Service skills

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, are required

• Must have experience in Operations and Compliance

• Knowledge and experience in Invoice and Budget Processes are essential

• Quality and Review skills are needed

• Prior experience in Project Management is a must

• Ability to create and deliver Presentations is required

• Strong foundation in Finance is necessary

• Demonstrated Leadership Skills are essential

• Experience in Check Processing is required

• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks as needed

• Must be able to track and report Progress of projects

• Experience in Implementation and Procurement is required

• Strong Communication Skills are a must

• Knowledge of Optimization techniques is necessary

• Must be able to work with Stakeholders at all levels

• Time Management skills are required

• Ability to interact with C-Suite executives is necessary

• Must have knowledge of Best Practices in project management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is required
