Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager at a senior level to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves managing and implementing evaluation strategies and data collection operations, producing reports, and analyzing data to support evaluation processes in the industry. The role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evaluation and quality improvement strategies, tools, and data collection plans to track outcomes.

• Work with the management team to incorporate data/evaluation and quality improvement into program planning, reporting, and staff meetings.

• Stay updated with current trends and practices in public health research and evaluation.

• Make recommendations to ensure effective and efficient data collection, dissemination, and reporting.

• Produce periodic program reports for program managers and senior management for program management/evaluation purposes; assist with data interpretation.

• Ensure integrity of data reporting by performing data integrity checks and working with program staff on data entry problems.

• Troubleshoot and ensure that data is being collected and entered in accordance with relevant protocols and evaluation plans.

• Maintain complete and adequate files, records, and documentation.

• Coordinate data collection and entry responsibilities among relevant staff.

• Lead program evaluation and quality improvement training and orientation of new program staff.

• Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop a culture of quality improvement. Requirements • Exceptional communication and leadership skills

• Proven ability in management and supervision

• Proficiency in data entry and analysis

• Experience with documentation and reporting procedures

• Ability to conduct training sessions and workshops

• Understanding of operations and procedures within a project management context

• Knowledge of policy implementation and research methods

• Experience with planning processes and database management

• Familiarity with 'About Time' and 'Workstation Support' tools

• Proficiency in check processing and troubleshooting

• Understanding of collection processes and quarterly reporting

• Experience with implementation of practices and metric reporting

• Ability to plan, organize and supervise team activities

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
