Job Description
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

The successful candidate will be well organized and metrics-driven, showing strong initiative and thriving in a fast paced and constantly changing environments. This role will support the Data Center Capacity Planning team in creating scalable and repeatable processes. Additional responsibilities include:
Driving power, space and network block capacity planning globally.
Overseeing and tracking day-to-day project milestones to ensure launches are executed at the highest quality.
Overseeing and tracking business critical DC expansion projects.
Establishing priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; developing and maintaining program milestones and completion dates.
Using operational metrics to drive process improvement and efficiencies with a focus on creating scalable processes.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in creating and refining operational processes. The ability to direct multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment and a strong customer focus is required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of relevant experience
Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
Highly skilled with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud capacity planning is a plus
Ability to think both strategically and tactically
Broad commercial awareness developed in a fast-moving environment
Innovative and self-directed
Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion
Experience in process improvement
