• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in related field, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc. or equivalent and related work experience.

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 8 years in Information Technology in the capacity of a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 2 years dedicated to leading the implementation of or managing the support for vendor integrations and ITIL functions.

• Technical Proficiency: A technical understanding of file shares, file transfers, gateway connectivity, sFTP setup, SSO, application connectivity/whitelisting and technical skills to implement/migrate new and existing vendors.

• Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication skills to convey technical nuances simply and facilitate productive dialogue with stakeholders at various organizational levels. Ability to communicate complex technical information to a variety of audiences (technical and non-technical).

responsibilities:

• You will be the primary liaison between the Business, Technology, and the Vendor for all things related to the discovery and support of the vendor migration.

• You'll build relationships with your stakeholders to understand their needs and convert those needs into requirements and solutions for IT and for the vendor.

• You will lead coordination of cross-functional teams including (but not limited to): implementation, enhancements, and integrations. You'll also help troubleshoot any system issues, and you'll work closely with the vendor to ensure that we address any future state engagements/enhancements that may affect migration.
