Job Title: Carpenter

Job Description

Seeking skilled carpenters to join our team. Responsibilities include installation of doors, setting door hardware, installing windows, and laying out stairs and common rafters. Successful candidates will read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills for layout, form and place concrete footings, piers, walls, and columns. You will also handle pump, place and finish techniques, placement of concrete for both slab on grade and elevated decks, and manage crane signals and rigging. Effective communication and the ability to organize, sequence and perform tasks within a scheduled timeframe are essential.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of finish carpentry experience

• Blueprint reading and layout skills

• OSHA 30 certification

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Nashville, Tennessee.

Work Environment

The position offers $25-28 per hour with the possibility of overtime. Work hours are Monday to Friday. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of Nashville and have their own set of tools. Start classes are on Mondays, and compliance clearance is required.
