Adecco US, Inc. Electrical Engineer in Nashville, Tennessee

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturing client to recruit and hire an Electrical Engineer in the Nashville, TN metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee electrical infrastructure for manufacturing campus, ensuring efficiency, safety, and reliability.

  • Lead Preventive Maintenance and manage PM systems to ensure adherence to industry standards.

  • Proactively identify vulnerabilities in the electrical system and recommend solutions.

  • Lead substation maintenance, equipment relocation, new installations, and support plant growth.

  • Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve unplanned electrical problems.

  • Support plant projects by providing electrical guidance and aid for equipment installations.

  • Maintain all technical documentation and ensure clear communication regarding electrical system modifications.

  • Provide continuous electrical safety training and ensure employees are compliant with OSHA and NFPA regulations.

  • Leverage power consumption data to identify opportunities for energy savings, cost reductions, and environmental sustainability.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field is requried.

  • 5+ years of experience in Engineering and working with manufacturing electrical systems

  • Understanding of Six Sigma and FMEA methodologies

  • Experience with AutoCad, SAP and MRP systems is a plus.

  • A base salary in the 95k-100k range + bonuses

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
