Title: AWS Support Engineer

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support for various healthcare applications.

  • Work closely with the Onshore/Offshore team to ensure seamless 24x7 support.

  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem management triage.

  • Perform analysis and root cause identification for technical issues.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support.

Required Skills and Experience:

AWS Lambda administration

  • Hands-on experience with AWS Glue, PySpark, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, ETL, Terraform, React.js, Spring Boot, Data Modeling, SQL/Server.

  • Proficiency in using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare domain, specifically in the Medicare business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.

  • Advanced proficiency in AWS Glue, Node.js, and Terraform (P3 level).
